PURPOSE: Provided is a multi-functional twister of a fancy yarn which is characterized by twisting selectively a common yarn and the fancy yarn without an exchange of parts, reducing the cost of the fancy yarn twisting, and being possible to produce various fancy yarns by controlling transferring direction, distance or speed of a roller yarn guide. CONSTITUTION: The multi-functional twister of the fancy yarn is comprised of: a feeding package of a core yarn; a first twister twisting the core yarn and an effect yarn; a ballooning stopper guide which is set on the upper part of the first twister, stopping momently the core yarn, or changing speed of the core yarn to wind the effect yarn; the roller yarn guides centering around the ballooning stopper guide, and transferring in the opposite direction on the right side and the left side; guide roads guiding transference of the roller yarn guides; a second twister containing a covering yarn on the circumferential side of a main body; and a take-up winder winding the fancy yarn finished twisting process from the first and the second twister.
