PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize angular adjustment of optical axis of an optical pickup only by rotating a guide shaft without addition of any parts. SOLUTION: A guide shaft 6 for supporting one end of a pickup 4 to freely slide and a bearing 91 for holding the guide shaft 6 to rotate are provided. When the guide shaft 6 is inserted into the bearing 91, the pickup slides and the centers of bearing 6b and placing part 6a are deviated with each other. As a result, an angular adjustment in the tangential direction of the optical axis of pickup can be realized only by rotating the guide shaft without addition of any parts.
