PURPOSE: An unpolished rice-hulling and washing machine for home is provided, which can mill and wash unpolished rice to be cooked and edible easily by using two even cutters and a cylinder cutter. CONSTITUTION: An unpolished rice-hulling and washing machine comprises two even cutters (5) with sharp projections, and the two even cutters are attached to the rotating axis, a cylindrical cutter (6) with dozens of vertical blades attached to the inner side of the container, and two vertical cutter rods attached to the container cover. So, the husks of the unpolished rice are peeled by the cutters when the machine is rotated high speedily, and the polished rice can be washed automatically when the machine is operated with water. Also, the machine can be used as a general mixer by substituting the cutter simply.
