摘要 PURPOSE: A bilateral current amplification circuit is provided to support and remove the current strength of equivalent at the same time, to establish the current strength easily, by adjusting the whole current strength by the reference voltage and to execute the function of a current sink type and a current source type at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A bilateral current amplification circuit comprises the first current mirror(100), the second current mirror(200), the third current mirror(300), the fourth current mirror(400), a current volume regulator(500) and a whole current value deciding unit(600). The first current mirror(100) supplies a prescribed the first current(ID1) to the next block, while a source from a source voltage stage(VDD) is supplied. The second current mirror(200) supplies the second current(ID2) having the different value from the first current(ID1) to the next block. The current volume regulator(500) regulates the first current(ID1) volume by an inputted first current difference determination voltage(Vin1) and regulates the second current(ID2) volume by an inputted second current difference determination voltage(Vin2). The whole current value deciding unit(600) decides the whole current value by an inputted reference voltage(Vref) and the current volume regulator(500). The third current mirror(300) removes the second current(ID2) from the first current(ID1). The fourth current mirror(400) removes the first current(ID1) from the second current(ID2).
