PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket for reducing electromagnetic radiation from an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The gasket comprises a substantially rectangular body having at least one opening 12A-12D being inserted with a part of a connector, a hooked circumferential fringe part, a plurality of positioning protrusions 14A-14B, a plurality of holding clips 16A-16D, and tabs 18A-18D formed on the opposite sides of the opening. The hooked circumferential fringe part, the positioning protrusions and the holding clips can receive the connector fixedly, the tabs touch a connector housing 40 electrically and fingers 15A-15D electrically touching a barrier wall B are provided in order to mount the gasket on the barrier wall.
