PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate time and labor to apply a spanner to prevent screwing and screw-return of the pipe end of combination water piping and to save labor for a fixing work. SOLUTION: A ring 3 for fixing fixed on a floor is engaged externally in a whirl-stop state by engaging flat surfaces 13 and 14, making the upper end part of a socket joint body 2 lie parallel with each other. By providing the outer periphery of the upper end part, which protrudes upward from the ring 3 for fixing with an antipull-off member 4, the socket joint body 2 is prevented from pull down of the socket joint body 2 from the ring 3 for fixing.
