PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable crossing over a ridge by operating a clutch handle while controlling head-up of a machine body. SOLUTION: A riding rice transplanter 10 is provided with a tension clutch C between an engine output shaft 29 and a transmission input shaft 31 which is capable of transmitting power of an engine 15 to a transmission side by on-off operation, and is equipped with a clutch handle 66 in the front of the machine body which is connected to the tension clutch C and is able to operate thereof on and off. When the clutch handle 66 is operated to be pressed down toward the lower part of the machine body, the tension clutch C is connected while preventing the head-up of the machine body 13, thereby, for example, the riding rice transplanter 10 can cross over the ridge in the condition geared to a super low speed.
