PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete spraying method for a tunnel inner face and a device thereof capable of automating proper spraying construction work mechanically owing to concrete discharge amounts and additional amounts of set accelerating agent corresponding to a crown part, a shoulder part, a side wall, and a lower half part of the tunnel inner face to reduce the number of workers and save labor when spraying concrete is placed on the tunnel inner face by adding set accelerating agent. SOLUTION: Data of efficient discharge amounts of spraying concrete and additional rate of set accelerating agent for each concrete spraying place in the crown part, the side wall, and the lower half part of a tunnel is determined in test spraying, the data is set in a control box 7, and a height H position of a spraying nozzle 2 of a concrete spraying robot 1 is detected to spray concrete based on the predetermined concrete discharge amounts and the predetermined additional rate of set accelerating agent in accordance with the height H position.
