PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall cushioning safety mat for an operator at a high-place jobsite, and to prevent a combustion disaster by welding spark particles of the mat. SOLUTION: A hexahedron composed of a synthetic-resin curing foam 1 is used as a shock absorbing material 2, at least the top face of the shock absorbing material 2 is covered with a heat-resistant fireproof sheet 3 and a covered square block 4 is formed, and block interconnecting tools are installed onto the outer circumference of the block 4 at positions parallel with the top face and underside of the block 4.
