<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for a building, which can easily be standardized, and a construction method for a wooden building using the panel, in terms of a construction method for a wooden framework. <P>SOLUTION: This panels (01 and 04) for the building are constituted as follows: a frame material 12 is built into the side of one surface of structural plywood 11; a stud and furring strips are built inside the frame material 12 according to needs; the frame material 12 is filled with a heat insulating material 14; the whole of the surface is covered with an interior finishing substrate plate 15; and an edge of the structural plywood 11 is protruded from/retreated into an outer peripheral surface of the frame material 12 in such a manner as to correspond to a prescribed built-in place.
