PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improve switch breaker device. SOLUTION: This switch breaker device comprises a key, a switch case, a positioning means, a swing contact and an alloy piece. When the key is pressed, an annular step road arranged in the key and a positioning rod arranged in a positioning means are linked to generate a cycling positioning relationship. When the key is positioned upward or downward, the swing contact is pressed or released by the bottom of the key, the contact of the swing contact makes or loses contact with the contact of the alloy piece and conducts or shuts off the circuit. If the circuit is turned on and overheated due to an overload current, the alloy piece is elongated and distorted to jump out, and the contact of the alloy piece losses contact with the contact of the swing contact to shut off the circuit. Moreover, since the positioning means is pressed by the alloy piece and the positioning rod in the poisoning means is separated from the positioning point in the annular step road, the key is restored to the original circuit breaking position by elastic force. Hereby, safety for using electric power can be secured.
