SOLUTION: The light-emitting equipment 1 consists of the porous plate 3 with the plural number of perforated holes in array, the transparent light- emitting liquid tube 6 to be designed to indicate the character 5 or the figure 4 at the surface of the porous plate 3 through the perforated hole 2 and the liquid pumping measure 7 by adding pressure to send out the chemical light- emitting liquid L into the light-emitting liquid tube 6.
