PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder slurry resin composition which gives coating films having excellent water resistance and excellent finished appearances. SOLUTION: This powder slurry resin composition prepared by dispersing a powder resin composition in water solvent is characterized by having a volume-average particle diameter of <=20μm, the maximum volume particle diameter of <=40μm, a viscosity of 300 to 3,500 mPa.s, and a solid content of 30 to 70 wt.%.
