PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce tastier water by reducing a content of ion which causes worse taste than raw water. SOLUTION: The tasty water having low content of magnesium ion, sulfate ion, nitrate ion and chlorid ion which causes bad taste can be supplied by making a transparent ice by an ice maker 5 by using the fact that water freezes while discharging impurities when the water freezes and producing the water by melting the transparent ice by a heater 7.
