PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy raising seedling kit capable of effectively avoiding the waste of resources and the destruction of the natural environment and excellent in circulation. SOLUTION: This easy raising seedling kit has a holding side composed of a mounting paperboard 12 comprising a base mounting paper 12a having an opening 14 of a prescribed size and a mating mounting paper 12b having a size of closing at least the opening 14 and a resin case 16 having a housing projecting part 18 and a flange part 20, wherein the housing projecting part 18 comprises as raising seedling items compressed culture soil 22, seed and seedling 21 and a collapsible biodegradable wax-impregnated pot 24, and the case 16 seizes the flange part 20 on the edge of the opening of the base mounting paper 12a and has a size and a shape each enabling to project only the housing projecting part 18 from the opening 14, and in this seizing condition, houses things to be housed and is formed through adhering the mating mounting paper 12b to the base mounting paper 12a from the seizing side of the flange part 20.
