A water treatment connecting pipe for preventing/removing rust and scales is provided to improve its own function by broadening a contact area of the same amount water, to enhance galvanic effects at a low cost, and to sterilize with a silver material. A water treatment connecting pipe for preventing/removing rust and scales comprises a stainless assembled pipe formed with a silicon packing insertion groove inside and a transparent window(5) vertically inserted on the outer surface; a silicon packing fitted into the insertion groove; plural stainless cases embedded in the silicon packing and formed with a through-hole bored on the lateral side, a silver wire/sponge or a zinc wire/sponge inside, and a stainless net on the upper and lower surfaces; and a magnet(200) mounted on the outer surface of the assembled pipe.
