A device for dispensing ice is provided to accurately control opening and shutting of a tray by rotating an opening and shutting plate in a regular section, and maintain a regular dispensing amount of ice by shielding a top side of a dispensing port. A tray(10) has a dispensing port(12) opened for dispensing ice and stores frozen ice. An opening and shutting plate contacts with one inner side of the dispensing port for selectively opening and shutting the dispensing port, and includes a bottom plate(22) rotatively installed centering on both sides of the dispensing port and an ice stopping plate extended from an opposite end of the dispensing port of the bottom plate to an end of the dispensing port in an arc shape. A dispensing lever(30) is rotatively installed at one side of the tray and rotates the opening and shutting plate.
