A shielding fence for a median strip having a safety reflector is provided to extend the life span by making the shielding fence of aluminum, to transport and install easily by reducing weight, and to prevent accidents by easily discerning the median strip with the safety reflector during traveling at night. A shielding fence includes plural anchor boxes(31) fixed in an upper part of a median strip by an anchor bolt, plural lower rails(30) combined with an upper part of the anchor box to surround the anchor box and arranged along the median strip, sub posts(20) perpendicularly fixed to an upper part of the lower rail and provided with plural air vent holes, plural upper rails(10) formed corresponding to the lower rails, a connecting sleeve(11) inserted to the upper rail to connect the upper rails, a fixing bracket(13) fastened in a lower part of the upper rail to fix the upper part of the sub post, and safety reflector(15a,15b,35a,35b) mounted to the upper rail or the lower rail. Upper and lower ends of a couple of assembling rods(21a,21b) are inserted to the fixing bracket and the lower rail, and expanded and fastened to the fixing bracket and the lower rail.
