A frame coupling clamp is provided to maximize efficiency of an assembly work by coupling and separating a horizontal frame to and from a groove of a vertical frame rapidly and conveniently. The frame coupling clamp includes: a hexahedral case(31); a U-shaped elastic piece inserted into the case and having locking pieces formed to be crossed in X-shape in the front thereof and protruded to the front of the case; a trigonal prism(43) vertically mounted on the front of the case and closely attached to the rear of a crossing of the locking pieces; a shaft(50) mounted by vertically penetrating a rear hole of the case and positioned in a semicircular groove formed on the rear of the elastic piece; and an eccentric cam formed on the outer periphery of the shaft and moving the elastic piece forward and backward according to rotation of the shaft.
