A seatbelt shock-absorbing device of a vehicle is provided to effectively absorb energy for moving a passenger forward and moderate rotation of the passenger's upper body by properly elongating a wrap belt for constraining a driver's lower body in a collision accident and to prevent the passenger from being injured by moderating the shock through the seatbelt. A seatbelt shock-absorbing device of a vehicle comprises a slider(10) connected with an end of a tongue-side webbing(TW) and formed with a bolt hole(11); a fixing plate(20) connected with an end of a webbing(LW) beside a lower anchor(3) and formed with a bolt hole(21) corresponding to the bolt hole of the slider, a bolt proceeding slot(22) connected with the bolt hole up and down at the middle of the body, and damping flanges(23) at both sides of the bolt proceeding slot to be deformed by the proceeding bolt so as to damp impact; and a bolt(30) penetrated through the bolt holes to be combined with a nut(31) and to face the slider with the fixing plate.
