An optical measuring method and apparatus using an organic light emitting diode(OLED) are provided to improve operation efficiency of the measuring apparatus by reducing operation power by using the OLED, which are driven at a low voltage. A measuring apparatus includes an organic light emitting diode(41), cover and slide glasses(50,43), a micrometer(42), a microlens(49), and image processors(45,46). The organic light emitting diode serves as an optical source. The cover and slide glasses dye and fix a DUT(Device Under Test). The micrometer moves the DUT. The microlens focuses the light, which passes through the DUT, on a point. The image processors receive the light, which is received from the microlens, convert the light into an electrical signal, and perform image processing on the electrical signal.
