A foam aluminum panel is provided to secure high heat resistance and durability, to insulate noise in the construction site, and to maximize a sound absorption effect by cutting off and absorbing the reflection of sound energy and then changing the sound energy into thermal energy by forming foam holes and cracks. The foam aluminum panel has 2~4 foam holes with a diameter of 3.5~6mm and formed per 1cm^3 and 1~5 cracks formed in irregular depths and shapes and with a diameter of 0.5~1.2mm per 1cm^3. The foam aluminum panel consists of aluminum of 96~98.2wt.%, a foaming agent of 0.3~1.5wt.%, and a thickening agent of 1.5~2.5wt.%. The foaming agent is TiH2(Titanium Hydride). The main element of the thickening agent is Ca.
