A gas discharge apparatus and a system for ventilating and air-conditioning a cattle shed by using the same are provided to discharge gas generated by rotten excretions of livestock and all kinds of polluted air to a high sky by using solar energy and other waste heat, efficiently separate and discharge the polluted air or harmful gas, and supply fresh air to a cattle shed. A housing(45) has an air inlet for receiving air to be discharged. An upper part of the housing is made of a transparent material and an inside wall of a wall except the upper part is made of a reflector or a black body so that the housing has a certain volume and maintains airtightness. A chimney(47) is connected with a top end of the housing for connecting an end of the chimney with external air. A blower fan(48) is installed inside the chimney.
