PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a device to photograph the front image of eyes even when an object is an infant or a horse by emitting a light to eyes of an animal, analyzing a direction of the sight based on an image reflected in retinae, and storing images caught when the sight is directed in a direction of a camera. SOLUTION: A camera 1 transfers a photographed image (still image) to an analysis section 7 and an image reception section 8. A lighting source 2 is a near infrared ray device to emit a light to eyes 10 being an object. The analysis section 7 analyzes whether or not the eyes 10 are photographed or the sight is directed in a direction of the camera 1 or the like by processing the image sent from the camera 1. The image reception section 8 receives the image sent from the camera 1 and stores the images by an instruction of the analysis section 7. That is, since the analysis section 7 transfers only the excellent images to the image reception section 8, the load for the processing after the reception of the image is relieved, the image storage capacity of the image reception section 8 is reduced and the images are stored by a memory with a small capacity. |
