PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head gasket capable of maintaining sealing performance over a long period even by a small fastening pressure. SOLUTION: The cylinder head gasket 10 has a base material 12 formed with cylinder bore holes 18, and it is applied by interposition between a cylinder block and a cylinder head to be fixed to the cylinder block. It is characterized by that an inner side seal layer 14 formed along a periphery of the cylinder bore hole 18 and an outer side seal layer 16 surrounding the inner side seal layer 14 are laminated on a surface of the base material 12, the outer side seal layer 16 is comprised of rubber material, and the inner side seal layer 14 is comprised of elastic material having more heat resistance than the outer side seal layer 16.
