A porous inorganic filler including an anti-oxidative material and an anti-bacterial material is provided to improve skin care effects including effects of antioxidation, anti-aging, moisturizing, skin-whitening and elasticity-enhancement, inhibit growth of bacteria and emit far-infrared rays and negative ions. A porous inorganic filler includes an anti-oxidative material and an anti-bacterial material in its surface and inside, wherein the anti-oxidative material is polyphenol, retinyl palmitate, rice starch, thioctic acid, carotenoid, vitamin C or vitamin C derivative; the anti-bacterial material is silver, copper or zinc; the porous inorganic filler is silica. A cosmetic pack for skin care comprises 1-10 wt.% of the porous inorganic filler including an anti-oxidative material and an anti-bacterial material, 1-60 wt.% of functional materials, 1-10 wt.% of far-infrared emitting material, 0.1-0.5 wt.% of dispersing agent and a remaining amount of water. Further, the far-infrared emitting material is selected from a group consisting of illite, kaolin and tourmaline.
