A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) assembly and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) including the same are provided to fix a flexible printed circuit by simultaneously attaching a fixing tape on a first PCB and the flexible printed circuit. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) assembly(100) includes a first PCB(110), a second PCB(120), and a fixing tape. The first PCB is connected to one side of a flexible printed circuit(130). The second PCB is connected to the other side of the flexible printed circuit to be electrically connected to the first PCB. The fixing tape is simultaneously attached on the first PCB and the flexible printed circuit to fix the first PCB and the flexible printed circuit. The fixing tape has a first area simultaneously attached on the first PCB and the flexible printed circuit, and a second area extended from both sides of the first area and bent to surround the flexible printed circuit.
