A regeneration additive and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to increase compactness in applying the regeneration additive on the site and to secure the uniformity of products by removing impurities through high-speed shear stirring and filtering processes. A regeneration additive consists of slurry oil of 60wt.%, a road paving prime coat of 20wt.% with penetration grade of 80~100, and a road paving prime coat of 20wt.% with penetration grade of 60~80. A regeneration additive manufacturing method comprises the steps of: removing impurities contained in the slurry oil by turning impurities at 200~400deg.C and 2,000~3,500RPM(Revolution Per Minute) for more than 20 minutes and executing a filtering process; mixing the road paving prime coat of 20wt.% with penetration grade of 80~100, with the slurry oil of 60wt.%; and mixing the road paving prime coat of 20wt.% with penetration grade of 60~80.
