Said drive comprises the delivery piston (15) that can be longitudinally displaced in the direction of the piston working compartment (16), said delivery piston interacting with the piston working compartment (16) with its lower face (34) facing the diaphragm, and the drive piston (24) that drives the delivery piston (15) in the direction of the piston working compartment (16) and that is decoupled from the delivery piston (15) in a direction pointing away from the piston working compartment (16).
