PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear in which an insertion band will not easily come out of the ring, even in the case where it has a design of a short band folded by a clinch part to be inserted to the ring. SOLUTION: The footwear 1 has a ring 52 connected directly or indirectly in either of the outside or inside of footwear body 10, and a connected insertion band 6 in the other side. The fastening of the instep is performed by turning around the forefront side of the insertion band 6 inserted in the ring and locking it to the base end side part.
