PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subject who has received a driving aptitude diagnosis with a highly reliable diagnosed result. SOLUTION: An input button 7 receives operation input from a person to be tested. In a judgment time measurement test, a control section 9 causes multiple signs to be randomly selected and displayed on a display screen 6 according to the operation input from the person into the input button 7 and sequentially detects, as a judgment time, the time from the start of display of a displayed sign to the first operation input from the person into the input button 7. In an action test, when two input buttons 7a and 7c alternately receive the operation input, the control section 9 sequentially detects, as a judgment time, the time from the preceding operation input to the operation input of this time.
