PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronizer ring hardly breaking a nail under an impact and an excessive load. SOLUTION: The synchronizer ring comprises a taper cylindrical part 13 which changes a diameter in the axis direction and a plurality of nails formed at the end on the large diameter side of this taper cylindrical part 13, wherein the hardness of the taper cylindrical part 13 is set higher than that of a nail 14. It is preferable that the hardness of the taper cylindrical part 13 is set at a HRC of 57 or higher and a HRC of 65 or lower, and the hardness of the nail 14 is set at a HRC of 33 or higher and a HRC of less than 57.
