PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detachable structure of a rail part of a sill flat sash for an outdoor opening in which the upper face of the rail part is divided into three parts and made detachable. SOLUTION: A rail part upper face component is composed of first to third members divided in three parts over the whole length of the rail part, and the first member 90, 100 is located between the second member 91, 101 and the third member 92, 102. The length of the first to third members is set to make the second member 91, 101 detachable by drawing the sash onto the rail part on one side in a longitudinal direction of the sash and to make the third member 92, 102 detachable by drawing the sash onto the rail part on the other side. A rail groove is provided with fitting members 110 provided with fitting protrusions coinciding with the end cross section of the rail part upper face component, and fittable to the first to third members to allow the first and second members to collide with each other and the first and third members to collide with each other on the fitting members.
