PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cutoff performance by restraining formation of a gap between members in a low-cost structure. SOLUTION: A joint structure comprises joint pipes 3A, 3B arranged on a side face on a connection side of a steel pipe sheet pile along the axial direction of the pipe, cutoff rubber plates 4 provided at two connection parts formed by a pair of the joint pipes 3A, 3B connected to each other, and a mortar material 5 filling the inside of the joint pipes 3A, 3B in a state that the joint pipes 3A, 3B are connected to each other. Each of the cut-off rubber plates 4 is fixed to an outer peripheral surface 3b of one of the joint pipes 3 at the end part 4a of the cutoff rubber plate 4 using a curable adhesive agent 4A, and the other end part 4b thereof abuts on the outer peripheral surface 3b of the other joint pipe 3 by the intermediary of a soft rubber plate 6, having the flexibility larger than that of the cutoff rubber plate 4, in a state of being pressed by elastic force.
