PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable structure at low cost by mounting and dismounting a reinforcement member without using a one-side bolt. SOLUTION: This steel floor slab 10 comprises a deck plate 14, U-ribs 20 disposed on the lower surface of the deck plate 14 and each having a closed diaphragm 22 therein and a hand hole 20H on the lower surface thereof, a lateral rib 30 restraining the U-ribs 20 from the outside, and connection reinforcement members (L-angles 40, 50, 52, 60, 62) connecting the lateral rib 30 to the lower surfaces of the U-ribs 20 which reduce the deformation of the slit parts 32 of the U-ribs 20, at the position of the lateral rib, in the direction perpendicular to the bridge axis. The distance L between the lateral rib 30 and the closed diaphragm 22 is within a predetermined range, and the distance between the hand hole 20H and the closed diaphragm 22 is an accessible range. The connected portions of the lower surfaces of the U-ribs 20 to the connection reinforcement members (40, 50, 52, 60, 62) are positioned between the hand hole 20H and the closed diaphragm 22.
