PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new hat which is not blown with a wind or the like, or carelessly taken off, even when loosely put on a head, and has an excellent fashionability. SOLUTION: This hat (10) disposes a penetrated hole (12-2), into which the clipping bill (22) of a hair clip (20) can be inserted, at at least one site, preferably two sites, of the main body portion (12) of the hat (10). The shape of the penetrating hole (12-2) is especially not limited, but includes a straight line, a circle, an ellipse, an oval, a semicircle, a semioval, and other shapes. A place for disposing the penetrating hole (12-2) is especially not limited, but it is desirable to dispose the hole at a place which has a brim lining behind the just side of the main body portion.
