FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: shaping of laid into punch semi-finished product is implemented successively in two stages. For shaping there are used puncheon, consisting of bit movable core, bearing on controllable pneumatic - or hydrospring, and peripheral immovable part. At the first stage it is implemented preliminary shaping of side surface of semi-finished product at immovable central part of puncheon. At the second stage it is implemented final shaping of top and bottom surfaces of semi-finished product. ^ EFFECT: achievement of high accuracy of stamped detail. ^ 2 cl, 8 dwg |
