An inorganic electro luminescence sheet with a large area and high brightness is provided to improve insulation voltage and a lifespan by adding an inorganic or organic coating layer or a binder printing layer on an upper or lower side of a dielectric layer. A transparent electrode layer(20) is laminated on an upper part of a transparent insulation layer discharging the light generated at a fluorescent layer to the outside and serves as a front side electrode. A fluorescent layer(30) is laminated on the upper side of a transparent electrode layer and emits the light when the electrical field is applied. The inorganic or organic coating layer is laminated on the upper part of the fluorescent layer and prevents the electrical short circuit between the transparent electrode layer and a rear electrode layer(50), and compensates for a dielectric layer(40). The insulation and smooth light emission of the fluorescent layer are induced between the transparent electrode layer and the rear electrode layer by laminating the dielectric layer on the upper part of the inorganic or organic coating layer. A protective layer is laminated on an upper part of the rear electrode layer for protecting the inorganic EL sheet from the external environment or moisture. |
