摘要 The invention relates to carriage engineering. An extensible wheel pair of railroad transport vehicle contains an axle and two wheels. On both wheel seats threaded bushings with square thread are pressed, one of which has the left-hand thread, and the second one has the right-hand thread. The wheel with a nave is installed on each threaded bushing along outside thread diameter. The latter is equipped with a wear-resistant bushing, which is installed with possibility of axial movement and is connected with the threaded bushing by means of a key connection. Power collar nuts are screwed from each end of the wheel boss on threaded bushing. The threaded bushing is equipped with two end supports. Each power nut is equipped with a mechanism of locking and a safety clutch, and also with a mechanism of interruption of rotation of the safety clutch and power nut. Each power nut is located in the housing. The housing of each power nut is fastened by one end on the wheel boss, and from another end it is closed by a cover. The latter is made with possibility of axial movement relative to the housing and is a connecting element of the mechanism of interruption of rotation of the safety clutch and power nut and is equipped with seats with possibility of their interaction with hooks. The latter are made in the form of fingers fastened on a lever. The mechanism of locking of the power nut contains spring-loaded stops, which are engaged with the teeth on the flange of power nut. The unit of joint wheel-axle is made with an interference, which provides for coupling the components without clearance within interrepair period. The clearances of the end covers, which communicate with atmosphere, are protected by a two-step seal. Each power nut is equipped with a pneumatic cam safety clutch, which cam rim is fastened at the internal end of cover with possibility of its interaction with the cam rim fixed at the end of the flange of power nut. A pneumatic drive contains pneumatic cylinders and air-distributing valves, which are capable of acting by means of electromagnets controlled by remotely permanent magnets with interaction of the latter with magnetically operated sealed switches. The pneumatic drive is equipped with adjusters of air pressure depending on value and directions of displacement of the air piston and position of the power nut on threaded bushing. Technical result: increase of reliability of operation of the wheel pair at change of the track width.
