The invention relates to hydro-machine building and can be used in production of blade wheels of multistage pumps and coal pumps and slime pumping units. A working wheel of turbo-machine is arranged as modules that include main disk and cover one, blades form a liquid end of the pump, at the ends of those circular lugs are formed, those are reversed with respect to circular depressions in disks, with fixation of modules to each other by screws, at that each of modules, depending on combination of methods of affecting its form formation and required accuracy is processed individually, subjected to operation of assembling with simultaneous armoring or strengthening working surfaces of liquid end of wheel by inserts made of high-strength material. |
