METHOD FOR MAKING ANALYZERS OF QUALITY OF ELECTRIC ENERGY

) Method for making analyzers of quality of electric energy includes analyzers of quality of electric energy divided to functionally completed component parts. At first stage one carries out preliminary input control of component parts. At second stage one performs control of technical parameters of component parts by means of specialized control-measuring testbenches. At next stage one performs assembly of component parts of analyzers of quality of electric energy and testing of parameters of those by means of specialized control-measuring testbenches. In case of correspondence of parameters of analyzers of quality of electric energy to rated in documentation values one passes to next step and in the other case one performs control operations according to directives given in documents and performs check of parameters of analyzers of quality of electric energy. At the last step one performs climatic tests in range of rated temperatures of operation by results of which one makes decision on correspondence of analyzers of electric energy in assembly at given stages of manufacturing for different modes of measurements are carried out with use of formed at respectiv4 specialized control-measuring testbenches stimulation signals that are applied to unit of dividers of input voltages of analyzers of quality of electric energy. Controlled parameters of measurements for given mode are in fixed way changed within range of limiting permitted values given in normative documents. Correspondence of parameters of analyzers of quality of electric energy to rated in documentation values is determined from comparison of fixed values of parameters and indications of indication block.
