A METHOD, A NETWORK ELEMENT, AND AN ACCESS NETWORK FOR REDUCING THE NETWORK IMPACT

A method for reducing the network impact includes: when all the network elements controlled by a control equipment detect that the control equipment can't supply service, starting up the delay time of closing transmitters respectively, the delay time corresponding to all the network elements being the same incompletely, each network element not closing the transmitter within the delay time corresponding to the network element; if the control equipment can't supply service when the delay time corresponding to a network element ends, the network element closing the transmitter. A network element and an access network are disclosed.
