PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and efficiently obtain a coil for reactors.SOLUTION: A coil 10 for reactors has a first coil member 12 and a second coil member 14 which are individually formed. A first rib portion 22 is formed at a tip end of a winding end portion of te first coil member 12, and on the other hand, a second rib portion 28 is formed at a tip end of a winding end portion of the second coil member 14. For example, one side surface facing the second coil member 14 of the first rib portion 22, and one side surface facing the first coil member 12 of the second rib portion 28 are made to abut on each other. Furthermore, to an abutting part, friction agitation joint is performed. Therefore, the first coil member 12 and the second coil member 14 are physically coupled and electrically connected to configure the coil 10 for reactors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
