PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more strongly connect the improvement of the power of solving a problem to the acquisition of a privilege.SOLUTION: Acquisition means 101 acquires results obtained when a user answers a problem group of a prescribed field. Detection means 102 detects that the user performs a prescribed action. When the detection means 102 detects that the prescribed action is performed, output means 103 outputs problem data representing a problem which is obtained by associating a prescribed problem group with a field and corresponds to an acquired result. Second question processing means 202 performs processing for questioning the problem represented by the problem data outputted from the output means 103, and processing about a result of an answer to the problem.
