<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide another better method for obtaining a liposome preparation achieving a low lipid to medicine ratio by increasing the enclosing efficiency of the medicine to a maximum. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the liposome comprises processes of (a) forming an emulsion from (1) a lipid component containing an organic solvent, a long chain amphiphilic lipid and a neutral lipid with (2) an incompatible first aqueous component, wherein at least 1 kind of biologically active compound is introduced in the incompatible component or both of them, (b) mixing the emulsion with a second aqueous component to form solvent small spheres and (c) removing organic solvent from the solvent small spheres to form the liposome of multiple cells enclosing the biologically active substance, and the percentage of the enclosed biologically active compound is 30-85% range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
