The present invention relates to an automatic face velocity controller. The automatic face velocity controller comprises: a face velocity sensor which measures face velocity of air flowing through an exhaust pipe, and connected to a controller. The controller includes: a temperature measurement part measuring the temperature of a fluid supplied to the face velocity sensor; an energy supply part computing the amount of energy supplied by the face velocity sensor; a sensor value computation part measuring face velocity using a cooling time of the face velocity sensor; a data storage part which stores face velocity values at different temperatures in advance; and an input/output part which reads and computes the face velocity values for different temperatures measured by a face velocity computation part from the data storage part. The automatic face velocity controller can precisely control a damper and an exhausting motor of a fume hood. |
