The present invention relates to a foldable display array panel and a display device. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided are a display device and array substrates having different thin film transistor arrangement structures in a folding area and a non-folding area. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a display device without degradation caused by folding of a thin-film transistor arranged in a folding area.
