摘要 Connector assembly including a board connector configured to be mounted to a circuit board. The board connector includes a connector housing having a reception slot. The reception slot opens in a vertical direction that is parallel to an elevation axis. The elevation axis is perpendicular to the circuit board when the board connector is mounted thereto. The board connector also includes electrical contacts that are positioned along the reception slot. The electrical contacts are configured to engage corresponding contacts of a module card. The connector assembly also includes a coupling mechanism attached to the board connector. The coupling mechanism includes a support frame that extends away from the board connector along the elevation axis. The coupling mechanism also includes a latch body that is attached to the support frame and faces the reception slot to define a module-receiving space therebetween that is configured to receive the module card.
