1. An amino silicone nanoemulsion comprising:
a. one or more liquid amino silicone compounds represented by formula (1) below: where each R is an alkyl group or a phenyl group with 1-10 carbon atoms,wherein each R′ is an alkyl group having 1-10 carbon atoms, a phenyl group, a monovalent group represented by formula (2) below, or a monovalent group represented by the formula: —OR3, where R3 is a hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbon group with 1-10 carbon atoms;  m is a whole number from 50-1000,  n is a whole number from 1-100,
A is a monovalent group represented by formula (2) below:
—R1—(NH—R2)a-NH2  (2)  where R1 and R2 are divalent hydrocarbon groups with 1-10 carbon atoms;  a is a whole number from 0-4; b. an internal phase diluent comprising a C3-C6 alkylene glycol alkyl ether; c. a surfactant system; and d. a protonating agent.
