<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a variable displacement compressor in which reliability of a circulation part of a compressor lubricated by return oil of a refrigerator is maintained, while more refrigerator oil than necessary is not filled inside the air conditioning system. <P>SOLUTION: The control device of the variable displacement compressor changes the inclination of a swash plate 108 and controls the discharge capacity of coolant by controlling the supply of electric current to an electromagnetic capacity control valve 10 provided in a pressure supplying passage communicating a discharge pressure area with a crankcase 107. When the state of the outside temperature being higher than a predetermined temperature T<SB>0</SB>, and the number of rotation of an engine or the compressor being a predetermined number N<SB>1</SB>or less, continues over a predetermined period of time T, the compressor is operated with the control signal from an ECU 11 to the control valve 10 reduced from 100% to 20-90%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
